What an amazing experience I had shopping at Tecovas. Great atmosphere and their boots are amazing. Luke was awesome and helped me find a pair of cowboy boots that are by far the best pair I have ever owned. Tecovas now has a lifetime customer. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

I stopped into this location with nothing more than a boot sizing question and no real plans to make a purchase. Hayden and Emerson took the time to help, answer my questions, and make the experience genuinely enjoyable. Their knowledge, hospitality, and professionalism are what ultimately led me to purchase my first pair of Monterrey’s, and they’re exactly why I’ll continue supporting Tecovas! 5 ⭐️’s!

This is a really nice store. This company has been around for about 10 years, and they are growing. They have about 60 locations, and the Beachwood (OH) location at Pinecrest about 2 years. The girl who helped us did an excellent job. She made sure we got my husband's boots from another store shipped to us, because they weren't in stock at this particular store. AND we're going to have them in 3 business days! That's pretty fast in my book. Great customer service!! I highly recommend this store if you're looking for anything leather.

The only thing better than the boots are the people who work here! From day one, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The staff is always a pleasure to do business with, especially Luke and Dakota. They’re very knowledgeable and professional, they have everything that embodies true customer service. I stopped in today to get a boot cleaning and the team remembered so much that we spoke about the last time I was in, I truly felt heard and appreciated. It’s my pleasure to be a repeat customer, top notch guys. Thank you for always making it a great experience 🙌🏻

I'm giving a 5 star review because Google won't let me give 6 stars. Went there with my closest friends and had the best time ever. We purchased new boots, got them branded, got our old boots cleaned up....all whilst enjoying beverages and listening to good music. Huge shout out to Abby, Fostina, and Dakota -- all three were knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to please. 10/10. Get yourself some boots!

Exceptional Service and Amazing Boots I recently visited the Tecovas store in Beachwood intending to purchase a specific boot model I had seen online. Unfortunately, that particular model was exclusive to online orders. Despite this initial disappointment, the staff service was truly exceptional. Abby, in particular, was incredibly attentive and helpful. I have difficult feet—not large, but wide and high-arched—which makes finding the perfect fit challenging. Abby was extremely patient and worked with me to find a similar, perfectly sized boot. Another staff member also pitched in, offering great advice and making the whole experience collaborative and fun. I ended up ordering my pair right there, and they were promptly shipped to me. I now wear them frequently for both work and personal outings, and I am absolutely delighted with them! I constantly receive compliments on the street. The store itself is also beautifully designed—very cool and chic interior. Thank you to Abby and the Tecovas team for turning a potential frustration into a wonderful experience! Highly recommend this location!
